Andre was amazing in helping me find my 4 unit complex. He walked me through the process and explained everything along the way. He negotiated the price to $50,000 below the asking price which gives me a lot of equity day 1. Now I live in a unit and the other tenants are paying my mortgage and after I pay my mortgage and property manager I still have money left over for utilities. The money I make from my job I am free to do whatever I want. This was done in early 2021 when prices were going up very fast.
